Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please review the following policies to ensure the best experience for all clients: • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule. In some cases, the full cost of the scheduled service may still apply. • Cancellations/Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. • No Call / No Show: Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
